Giving at Billings

In a multitude of ways, Billings Middle School supporters help advance the visibility and sustainability of the school – everything from financially supporting Billings programs and activities through gifts to the Annual Fund to volunteering talents and skills as Handy Helping Hands volunteers -- from donating auction items and attending Billings Annual Auction to purchasing Billings logowear items.

Giving at Billings means helping to ensure that the school has the resources it needs to provide an extraordinary education for early adolescents both today and in the future.

Annual Fund

Current and alumni parents, faculty, staff, trustees and friends of Billings are generous supporters of the Annual Fund. Each year's campaign provides critical operating funds for the school that help fill the gap between tuition and the actual cost of a Billings education. Contributions to the Annual Fund are tax-deductible in the manner and to the extent allowed by law. With a culture of philanthropy, Billings strives for 100% participation from current families.

Annual Auction

We are excited to announce a never before collaboration!  Once again we are going online for procurement, RSVP/Registration, an online auction and the catalog this year!  Details will be coming soon!  

Handy Helping Hands

Billings parents generously share their volunteer skills and time to help update and maintain the school, accomplish administrative tasks, and lend a hand to help the school accomplish special projects. Parents’ volunteer activities include projects such as painting, shelf-building, moving furniture, folding newsletters, gardening and organizing storage areas. LogoWear

Sweatshirts, t-shirts, caps, water bottles, blankets, grocery bags, and gym bags – the Billings community enjoys an array of logowear items for the entire family. Items are available for purchase at various Billings events or by contacting Ingrid Hurlen, Community Development Coordinator by using our website contact form.
