July 19-23, 9am – 4pm
Tuition: $395/375 full day (with contact juggling) or $220/200 half day
In partnership with Parkour Visions, participants will learn the physical skills and fun of Parkour. Parkour is the art of overcoming obstacles as swiftly and efficiently as possible using only your body. The fundamentals include running, jumping, and climbing, and we build on these fundamentals to improve our ability to pass over, under, around, and through obstacles with more complex movements. Workshop will take place at the Parkour Visions gym in Fremont with a last day adventure at Green Lake Park.
Note: Students may register for just this workshop or as a full day with contact juggling. Lunch time transportation from Parkour Visions backto Billings will be provided for students registered for both workshops only.
For students entering grades 7-9.
