The deadline for Billings Financial Aid Forms is Thursday, February 9, 2012 for all families.
Our website is a great introduction to the programs at Billings. However, the best way to see the school is to attend an Open House. Our Open Houses are designed for prospective students and their parents to meet our Head of School, attend model classes and talk with current students, parents, faculty and recent alumni.
Billings hosts two Open Houses each year. After registering at our Main Building, you will be guided to a gathering space to learn about our mission, our educational philosophy, and the transition to middle school from our Head of School, Ted Kalmus. Following this presentation, students and families will have an opportunity to select from sessions held across our campus that focus on our curriculum, student activities, and the impact of a Billings education.
This year we are also offering a two-hour drop-in Open House on the morning of Saturday, November 12. This Open House will be less structured than our two formal Open Houses, and is designed for families who are already familiar with Billings or would like a less structured visit opportunity.
If you are a late applicant and have missed the Open Houses, please contact the Admissions Office to schedule a personal tour and visit for your family.
For more information, please contact Paula Clements, Director of Admissions at (206) 971-3102.
Unlike during the school day, street parking in the busy Green Lake neighborhood can be challenging in the evening. Plan to arrive early to park on the street and to "check in" at the West Hall from 6:30- 7:00pm. There are two convenient Metro bus routes, the #16 and the #48 which will bring you very close to Billings.
