Applying to Billings

Thank you for your interest in applying to Billings Middle School. We believe that middle school can be an extraordinary and wonderful period in a child’s life, and we look forward to meeting your applicant student.We encourage all applicant families to attend an Open House - click here for dates and information.

Below is a checklist that will guide your through our admissions process. Please also download a copy of our Procedures, Deadlines, and Fees form.

Step One – Submit Core Application Packet

• Complete the Application Form and Parent Statement.
• Include Application Fee ($70).
• January 12th deadline for all Billings Application materials.

Step Two – Request Two Teacher Evaluations

• Choose two academic teachers to complete a Teacher Evaluation Form
• Print teacher and applicant’s name on each form
• Give forms to teachers with stamped pre-addressed envelopes
• Evaluations are due not later than January 30th.

Step Three – Request School Transcripts

• Complete the Transcript Release Form
• Give form to an official at your child’s school in a stamped pre-addressed envelope
• Transcripts are due no later than January 30th.

Step Four – Schedule Visit Day & Parent Interview

• On your application, indicate your top three Visit Day choices
• You will be contacted once your application is received to confirm the date
• You will be asked to schedule 45-minute Parent Interview (January – March).
